Health & Safety Recommendations

🔴 Washing hands can prevent diseases.

🔴 Students with symptoms of infectious diseases, including COVID-19, influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and gastrointestinal infections should stay home and get tested for COVID-19.

🔴 Remember to notify the school and IMR Transportation when your child is sick and cannot attend school.

Pick up & Drop off

🔴 Parents, please have your child ready for the morning pick-up 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

🔴 Each student should be on time at their assigned bus stop in the afternoon and morning.

🕒 Scheduled Route We have schedules of established times in the morning and the afternoon. That is why students must be ready to avoid missing his or her bus.

🔴 Unfortunately, we do not have time to turn back or wait for any student who was not ready in the morning or afternoon.

🔊 The bus driver will honk in the morning in front of the agreed-upon pick-up house or apartment building.

🔴 Each student is given a brief moment to get ready to get inside the bus.

🔴 Gated Communities: If the driver is unable to get access into the community the student will be drop off at the gate. This applies for morning pick up as well.

⚠ Remember: to notify when your child is not riding the bus in the morning and afternoon.

⚠ Remember: the driver will leave without notification if the student is not ready in the morning and/or afternoon.

⚠ Elementary students: Parents must call the school and give authorization for IMR Transportation to pick up the student.

⚠ Middle school students: must remember their pick-up spot inside and/or outside the place agreed with IMR Transportation.

⚠ High school students: must remember their pick-up spot inside and/or outside the place agreed with IMR Transportation.

⚠ Remember: on emergency days we will do our best to pick up the students but if we are prevented; the parents will be informed so that they can pick them up.

Inside the Bus

⚠ The school bus is, an extension of the classroom and students are expected to abide by the same discipline code that is expected in the classroom.

⚠ Eating and Drinking inside the bus is not allowed.

⚠ Safety is a Priority! Each student must use their seat belt and be seated quietly during each route's journey.

⚠ Be Mindful of the level of noise inside the bus and respect others as well as the driver while he/she is driving.

Student Conduct

🔴 IMR Transportation: fosters a safe and healthy environment for all students who use the service. Failure to comply will result in the following:

⚠ 1st Violation: Verbal warning and parental notification

⚠ 2nd Violation: Seat assigned and parental notified

⚠ 3rd Violation: Suspension or Cancellation of services.

🔴 IMR Transportation: is subject to suspend or cancel our services due to any behavior problem, non-payment, and/or other circumstances.

🔴 Damage & Vandalism will not be tolerated and a bill will be sent to the parents for the damage caused.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

🔴 Due in advance every Monday or Tuesday of each week.

🔴 A $15 Late fee will be added to payments submitted after Tuesday.

🔴 Our services are weekly charge.

⚠ We do not pro-rate if the student only rides 1, 2, 3, or 4 times per week. We charge per week in full. No exceptions!.

🔴 IMR Transportation: is subject to suspend or cancel our services due to any behavior problem, non-payment, and/or other circumstances.
